Why Unemployment Rates Are High In Kenya

Here We will discuss Frictional Unemployment. This is simply the temporary move from one job in search of another better one. Most people may end up in this type of unemployment due to the need of improving their standards of living. Jobs are seriously not easy to find and also not easy to maintain, It takes discipline to maintain jobs for long periods. On the other hand, Jobs That pay well are very few and everyone always search for them.

It is said that a person will only be satisfied if he or she is paid an annual salary of not less than 2,000,000 Kenya Shillings. This translates to 166,666.6667 Kenya shillings per month. Of course very few jobs will realize this and therefore people will end up in frictional unemployment as they look for better paying jobs

The main reason why unemployment rates are high in Kenya is that everyone wants a high paying job whereas nobody wants to grow from a junior clerk to a General Manager in a firm. I am hereby urging all of you to be patient and focus in growing yourself at one company to avoid frictional unemployment. We will Be posting The Top Kenyan Jobs That You Might Be Interested In Anyway.

Since I Love Keeping it short & Precise.
